Effective upon installation or first use of the App
NeuronDesk is a private, local-first workspace for organizing personal files such as images, camera photos, PDFs, documents, notes, links, videos, and other media directly on your device.
We do not collect personal data. The App does not upload or sync your files, notes, or media to developer-controlled external servers or cloud services.
All content you add (including images, files, PDFs, notes, links, and media) is stored locally on your device. The data remains under your control and can be removed at any time by deleting it within the App or uninstalling the App.
We do not share your data with third parties. The App does not integrate with advertising networks, analytics services, or external data processors.
The App requests access to files or media only when you choose to add images, PDFs, videos, or other files using the system file or media picker. Camera access is requested only when you choose to capture images within the App. All permissions are optional, user-initiated, and used solely for core functionality. The App does not access files, media, or the camera in the background.
Since all data remains on your device, the security of your data depends on your device operating system and your settings (passwords, encryption, backups).
The App does not implement remote server or cloud backups.
You are responsible for the content you store and share, for complying with copyright and institutional policies, and for securing your device.
NeuronDesk is an organizational aid. The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. The App is intended solely for storing and organizing user-provided content.
The App's source code, design, and layout are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable laws.
External files or links you open from the App are governed by their own terms and policies. Link preview images/icons and opening web links may use internet access when you add or open links. Any sharing you perform is at your discretion and risk.
This App does not target children and does not knowingly collect any personal information.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect improvements or changes. Updates will be available on this page and/or within the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
